MURDER PARTY | best horror and suspense movie in history

There are films out there that never tickle my fancy, but since this is the horror movie biz we are talking about. Who said I would ever Tickled? One of my Pet peves. I hate to be tickled, I'm not that red fur ball, ELMO nor Macy Grey. No offence, sweet heart. Not perfect here either. Anyway back to the subject, this review is going to the 2007 horror comedy, " Murder Party ".

When I first got this low grade DVD from that great Editor friend of mine in NYC. I was afraid to even watch it. Knowing the sense of dread when I had it in my hands. So I had to do the prep. work before I even started to place the DVD in the player. You know the drill, popcorn, stereo system on surround sound. A bottle of Jack Daniels ! Or two. Kidding ! Well, to my surprise, I had been proven wrong. Suggestion, take in consideration the old saying, " Don't judge a DVD by it's cover ! "

The Lab of Madness presented something so much more then what I expected. It's a Black horror comedy which stars. Alex Barnett, Macon Blair, Paul Goldblatt and Directed and written by Jeremy Saulnier. "Murder Party" will have you chuckling, till your belly grumbles for more Candycorn. Set in Brooklyn N.Y. on Halloween, a meter maid picks up a random invite for a odd party. What is led to follow is a serious twisted night of morons who can not kill one simple person.

Peice of advice, don't go to parties alone. Parts that had me going, the cat. Sir Lancealot, never piss off your cat ! It will give you the middle claw. Also, how drug content alters your preception. Sexual wise. Who knew Paul would swing both ways. Macon Blairs chacter will have you laughing and grossed out at the same time. But the endding is something that you would feel some fear from. Quick warning, Watch out for the baseball player. With that all said, between screams and laughter you will either, Love it or Hate it. As one member on The Internet Movie Database mention.

Produced by Chris Sharp and Skei Saulnier, both who play great proformances and will have you wailing in giggles. "Murder Party" was something I would have never expected. It sure paid off for them.
